B3 (Believe Behave Become) is a personal strategy app for Android and iPhone. You set goals and check in on them at your own rhythm, and break them into one-off and recurring actions. You invite supporters to keep you accountable, and you track the money behind it all: accounts, transactions, a monthly budget and reports.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes goals, actions, the Goals Library, supporters, approvals and a budget, within limits: 2 active goals, 2 active actions, 1 money account and 15 transactions a month. B3 Pro removes those limits and adds recurring actions, the AI Goal Builder, Budget Mode, repeating transactions and PDF reports.

Android phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or later (from Google Play), and iPhone (from the App Store). One account works on both. There is no web app: you use B3 in the mobile app.

Each goal has a check-in rhythm: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. When a check-in is due, you log a number against your target or answer "Are you on track?". Once a day, at an hour you choose, B3 reminds you about any goals still waiting.

Yes. The Goals Library has 274 goal templates in 8 categories, and you can add up to 25 in one tap. With B3 Pro, the AI Goal Builder can also draft a complete goal from a sentence.

Routines that repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. On each due day B3 creates a real action, with its reminders, subtasks and approver. You can pause, resume or set an end date. Recurring actions are part of B3 Pro.

Someone you connect with in B3: family, a friend, a coach or a colleague. You can share goals, actions, recurring actions and budget categories with them one item at a time, assign them work, or ask them to approve it.

Only what you share with them, item by item, and your public profile: name, photo, job title and username. Your email, phone number, time zone and settings are never shown to other users.

No. You enter your own transactions, and B3 never connects to a bank or sees banking credentials.

No. B3's privacy policy states that it doesn't use advertising trackers and doesn't sell your personal data.

Only the words you type into it. It doesn't receive your other goals, finances or supporters, and B3's privacy policy states that prompts aren't used to train AI models.

B3 Pro is billed monthly or annually by the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and depends on your country. There is no free trial, but the Free plan has no time limit.

Yes. Your plan belongs to your B3 account, so it follows you to any device you sign in on.

In the store that bills you: App Store → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android. Deleting your B3 account does not cancel a subscription.

Nothing is deleted. Everything you created stays, and only new items beyond the Free limits need Pro again.

In the app: Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. You're signed out everywhere at once and your data is permanently erased after 30 days. You can also use the data deletion page or email support.
